Conducted a phone interview, spoke with references, agreed on rate, hours, and method of payment, had a meet and greet date and time set for two weeks in advance. Confirmed the night prior and provided my address. Phi cancelled 20 minutes before she was supposed to show up. Her reason was she decided to stick with what she was doing. Very disappointed my time was wasted. 3 stars because she was professional and promptly responsive in communication and her reference check was positive.
