I have worked with people with dementia, helping them with ADL e. g bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting for 9 months in Assisted Living in Iowa City from June 2013 - Feb 2014 I like helping seniors as I feel good making a difference in someone else life.. I did that for 5 yrs. with my grandma and enjoyed helping her , seniors are fun to work with they have very good old time stories and it is fun to listen to them. You a would also gather a lot of experience from them, I have also worked in Home Health Care with Comfort Care in Iowa from March 2014 to August 10th 2015 . Helping seniors in their homes in bathing, toileting Respite, Transportation to appointments. Moved to NH on 20th August 2015 joined Benchmark assisted living and Bright star home health care till 2019 resigned in August 2019 relocated to TX joined Widsor assisted living till 2021 resigned and joined Apple Tree Court assisted living and Right at home Dallas to-date.
