Quandi is personable and appears could be a great caregiver for your loved ones. A point of contention can possibly be the agreed rate or pay. While discussed and I placed in a visual before Quandi met my loved ones the compensation/budget detail, he appeared certain that he was going to be provided a much higher compensation than discussed. We did not have the opportunity to experience Quandi's care nor skills. ~Elysia
