Training of new Medication Technicians and Caregivers. Work with management to resolve issues that arise. Medications administered to residents. Help with resident care as needed. Showers, dressing, feeding assists etc. Lead Medication Technician Primary role of Lead Medication Technician was to distribute and administer medications to residents. Promoting residents wellness and life engagement. Reporting to Wellness Director of changes in resident's condition. Administer breathing treatments, wound care and blood sugar testing.
