Rafaela watched our 3 young children and was so valuable to our family. She is so kind, patient and caring and she took wonderful care of them. She also helped with household jobs, cleaning, dishes and laundry. She was always on time and went above and beyond with what we asked her to do. We felt so lucky to have had her help when our children were young and we still keep in touch with her after we moved to California.
