Hi. My name is Becky. I am a caring and compassionate person and I put 100% effort into everything I do. I have a bachelor's degree and I'm a former special education teacher. I have two adult children and I have been married for 25 years. I stopped teaching after 7 years to take care of my son when he was little. I started working with the elderly 9 years ago. My first clients lived in a senior living community. I worked with a wide variety of different people with different needs. I then started working long term jobs. I have learned many skills throughout the past 9 years. I have helped my clients with bathing, dressing, and toileting. I've also helped clients with their medication. I have some experience with people who have dementia, people who use catheters, colostomy bags, feeding tubes, and Hoyer lifts . I have reliable transportation and I am a safe driver. I charge $20/hr.

When Becky first started to work with my mom, she would help her by cleaning her apartment. She took her to the grocery store using a wheelchair so she could do her own shopping. Becky would sometimes come into the senior living center and have lunch with my mom while she was on her way to help someone else in the community that she live in. My mom later found out she had cancer and had to have chemotherapy treatments. Becky took my mom to two rounds of chemotherapy treatment. She stayed with her throughout each treatment making sure she had everything she needed and comfortable while she got her treatments. Becky meant a lot to my mom and to me. We were so happy she was able to help. Becky would be a great benefit to anyone in need of help. It's apparent that she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
