About Renee

Hello, my name is Renee. I am a certified math teacher for grades 4-8th. Though I mostly tutor in math, I can help with other subjects as well like reading & science. I have over 7 years of experience teaching middle school math as well as some experience teaching 4th and 5th grade math/science in public schools. I have worked with students who are below grade level, students who are in the special education program, and students who are in advanced classes. For my services, I typically start at $30 per hour (depending on how many subjects we will cover). I would recommend we have sessions of 1-2 hours sessions 2-3 times a week for the best results. This rate would include all materials and worksheets that we would need. I am confident that I can help your student be successful in math whether that is helping them get caught up, staying on track, or helping them prepare for a test.
