About Riana

Hi there! Choosing someone to introduce into your family's lives can be a daunting task! Coupled with the uncertain environment all of us are faced with, this is a time where everyone is searching for some sense of normalcy & dependability. I would love to help with that! I started as a "mother's helper" at age 12, assisting mostly parents who worked from home & needed help entertaining 1-2 children. Over the past 10 years, I took on more responsibility & had the wonderful opportunity to regularly keep in touch with several different families. The past few years I have been working with kids of all ages, creating a fun environment while also incorporating activities to help with childhood development & education. While working with kids, I believe in teaching them with kindness & patience, as well as the Montessori principles of grace, manners, & academics.
