Ricman seemed wonderful in the interview process and conducted the necessary steps to set up the training process we have for our special needs younger brother. He was to close the loop on several of the items like his CPR/First AID certs, latest COVID vaccinations and driver's license. We spent an hour chatting about the upcoming coordination of training (a 3 day period). He then never responded or closed the loop. Thus if you are looking for a trustworthy 1:1 caregiver you might want to confirm and get references. He had indicated that he was working in a facility at ten to 1 ratio and wanted to have the ability to expand his ability to work 1:1 and be fully supported for success. Professionalism and trust are key qualities of people you want in your home. I would ensure you've done a full back ground check on Ricman.
