The first time I worked with children was as a volunteer at Tutor Time when I was in my junior year of high school. After Tutor Time, I got a job at Sunshine Day Camp and became experienced with several different age groups. After working at Sunshine for a year, I became a part time nanny for a 11-month-old girl. After nannying for 6 months I returned to Sunshine Day camp and am still I am currently there. Along with being a tutor/counselor at the camp I babysit for two families. The ages range from 5 months- 11 years old. I have three years of experience working with children. I am currently in college as a double major (theater and communications). I plan on transferring to a four year university in the area in a year. Until then I plan on continuing my education and helping families with their daily responsibilities!
