About Roeshell

I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient, calm I like working with kids because I enjoy being able to help shape them in a positive way. I started working with kids since before I was a teenager. I am a mother of two. It is the best job I have ever held. My experience ranges from early childhood education, special needs, up to older children. Each setting that I have worked in has undoubtedly made me a better caregiver. One thing you should know about me is that I take my job caring for children very serious. Making sure children are safe and nurtured is something that is always a priority. Any child I work with or come in contact with is always cared for as if they were my own child. I have many years of experience teaching children in multiple settings as well. I am constantly making sure that the needs of each family I work with are met. My skills include attentiveness, patience, and nurture.
