Romaly is an incredible nanny- the only reason we stopped using her was due to an out of state move- and we would have loved to take her with us! She is loving, engaging and proactive. She kept our children safe and cared for and we felt fortunate to have her knowing our children were in good hands. She needs little guidance on how to keep the kids entertained with age appropriate activities and was such a positive addition to our home in general. She was with our kids from 3 mos to approx 3.5 yrs old and the kids still talk about her fondly. Any family would be lucky to have her.
