Hi, I am patient, genuine and caring. I appreciate the honor of helping with our ederly and making a positive impact. August 2018 to Present A gentleman in his 90's. Provided personal hygiene, bathing help with using walker, toiletry. Take to the gym, walks in the neighborhood, meal preparation laundry. Very light housekeeping. Playing games, companionship. Fond of family dog on occasion feed and walk. Wonderful family Patient has entered hospice. March to August 2018 Provided. companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, meal preparation, going to lunch the park for a lively 88-year-old woman. Took a fall when I was not on duty She went into assisted living. 2012 to 2018 Feb. 6 yr Provided loving care to a couple who's wife has dementia and alzheimers. Assisted in dressing, housecleaning, bathing, meals prep. laundry, errands, beauty salon. We took walks, picnics. Unfortunately her dementia progressed and she had to be hospitalized.
