Insufficient experience and language proficiency, poor communication and not responsible. Would rather hire someone more experience. -Insufficient experience: Could not handle fridge and bathroom floor cleaning. The preparation is less than adequate for a cleaning well labelled as "move out clean" -language proficiency Had to rely on husband for communication. Cannot respond to expectation nor clarify back effectively -responsibility Promised to refer alternative options when quit, but never reached back For $25 per hour, 8 hours a day, $200 a day in total, one can hire a professional deep cleaner and they will finish within 6 hrs instead of an amateur who quit half way, and never reached back. **wouldnt recommend**
