About Samantha

3rd grade teacher. I believe my experiences in education as well as with childcare makes me highly qualified for all ages, from new born all the way to 12th grade. I encourage you to take a look at my resume for a more in depth explanation. But briefly put, I have worked in a child care learning center taking care of new borns to 3rd grade. I was also the manager of an after school program primarily caring for students from 5th to 12th grade. On top of both of those jobs, I have countless hours spent in professional development as well as the 5 years that I went to school to become a teacher. I worked in the school system as a substitute for almost 2 years. Altogether that gives me about 7 years working in the school system as a student teacher/ aid/ substitute teacher. Lastly, I do have experience Nannying for babies, and 5-8-year-olds. When I would nanny I always made sure to create engaging experiences for the children and I always left the home better than when I found it.
