About Samantha

Hello, my name is Samantha, better known as Sammy and I am 23 years old. I have earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and am pursuing a Masters Degree. I am also a full time Para 1 educator at a local public high school. I am very responsible, reliable, creative, active, and love children. I have babysat a wide age-range of children from newborns to 12-year-olds. I began babysitting when I was around the age of 12, I always loved the idea of being able to help others out and give them a hand whenever possible. Over the last 10 years I've been able to work with many wonderful families and I've learned to adapt to each family in order to keep routines. I can confidently help with feeding, bathing, and being attentive at all times to make sure each child feels special. It is worth an honorable mention that I've worked with special needs children autism for 6 years, Down syndrome for 2 years, and also helping care for my younger sister who was diagnosed with Tourette's Syndrome.
