About Sara

Hey there! My name is Sara and I really love tutoring and helping students grow! I have a year of tutoring experience at Santa Barbara City College for pre-biology major classes. Ive tutored groups up to 30 at a time, doing exam preparation sessions, re-lecturing material, and created plenty of learning activities and"mock" exams. I've always had an ability to explain things clearly and thoroughly, going as slow or as quick as needed until a concept is fully understood. I'm a current student at UC Santa Barbara pursuing a BS in Psych andBrain Science. Math is my strongest subject, following English, then Science, and Social Studies. I've taken math classes up to Calculus, and received an A. I'm an excellent writer as well and would love to have an opportunity to help somebody! I aspire to be a college professor down the road, and I'd love to get some more experience under my belt. I'm cool with meeting anywhere, any time, and I'm also cool with animals if they're around!
