Sara was our Nanny for almost 5 years, and she was amazing throughout! She started when our youngest (of 3) was 6 months old, and continued until our oldest was 9. She was excellent at keeping up with the needs of a tiny baby, and is just as good helping our 9 year old get ready for her pre-teen years. During the critical toddler years, the brought in her own education materials for each girls, working with them individually to make learning and reading fun. She was also great at introducing them to new games and activities, many of which we would have never thought up ourselves. On the behavior front, she adapted to our preferred approach, and was able to balance being supportive and understanding with being strict and clear with the consequences for breaking the rules. We are so sad that our time with her full time is coming to a close now that all of our girls are going into school full time, but we will continue to have her as our #1 option for all of our caregiving needs.
