After great conversations and visiting our home, we were excited to have Sarah nanny for us. The day before she was to start after setting a start date 3.5 weeks in advance, we tried to confirm plans, but Sarah completely ghosted us. We understand plans change, but Sarah’s unprofessional and discourteous lack of communication left our family in a challenging childcare situation with no time to arrange an alternative plan. We are very disappointed and caution other parents about our experience.
