Great with 18 months old boy.Responsible, caring, honest, communicative and on-time throughout her employment. Open minded in receiving feedback and guidance on how I would like my baby to be cared for. I saw my son putting his hands or lying on her lap, something he usually only does with me. She cooked delightful meals for us. During work, she keeps her phone on silent and never lets my son watch anything on YouTube. She engaged with him, playing games and communicating one on one.Good luck ❤️
