About Sarah

I am currently a Support Assistant/Aide at a Childcare Center for children with disabilities (2-18yrs old). I am a mom to a wonderful almost 3yr old and my child would accompany me, as I am the primary caregiver. I currently hold a 90hr Infant & Toddler Teacher Certification through MD State. I am CPR/AED and First Aid certified through the National Safety Council. I also hold several other certifications including Seizure Training. I am formally trained in Simple Sign Language and can help your little one learn to communicate more clearly with you. I was a Substitute Teacher and a Special Education Secretary for Baltimore City Public Schools for 6+ years. I worked in Baltimore County Schools in the Office of Child Find for a year. I have experience working with mild developmental delays as well as severely disabled children. I can provide structure while learning through play. I am an active person & I love animals.
