About Sarah

As a caregiver, I seek to support families & meet their needs with the hope of making life easier for everyone; because it does take a village. I've been caring for kids of all ages for nearly a decade and worked for a non-profit aiming to make advocacy more family friendly. My experience solidified my belief in the importance of a kind & nurturing environment through the early years. Communication is key, an open & honest relationship between parents and caregiver helps to ensure that everyone's needs are met. Consistency with boundaries, behavior, and expectations is key. I believe that screens should be avoided. Books, games, and outside time is more enriching & nurturing; but I know that the occasional Disney movie is important. I can help with cooking, meal prep, grocery shopping, some housekeeping, laundry, and organizing. I love to help out in any way I can. I am a certified Yoga teacher and will be training as a Doula this fall. I'm looking forward to connecting with you!
