About Sara

My background varies from working abroad as a live in care giver, to working for a large non-profit doing disability employment services. My education has helped form my unique approach to the work I do and love. I started my career as a nursing assistant in a hospice setting, then went to a private art college for healing arts and now primarily work with adults with disabilities to find competitive employment. I love incorporating my creativity into the services I provide to always try and find the joy in life. I'm looking for a part-time position close to home that can both bring someone comfort and care. I have an arts studio in my home and would love to bring folks in to work with me or go out into the community together! My goal is to provide the necessary respite that every family needs and to help individuals gain independence.
