Hello There! My name is Sara. I am currently a Special Education teacher. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in cross-categorical special education with an emphasis in learning disabilities and emotional behavioral disabilities. I have over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents of all ages in a variety of different settings. I have a full-time teaching/case management position during the school year, but would love to work with Care. com families after school hours and on weekends. I believe that every person is special and unique in his or her own way. With that being said, I would love to work together to ensure that the time I spend with your family aligns to yours and your child's needs and interests. I currently drive a 2008 Toyota Rav4 which has a great safety rating. I am an insured driver and have a very clean driving record.

Sara is a student teacher under my supervision at an elementary school for the spring semester. She is a very dedicated and a hard worker who is eager to learn and is not afraid to ask questions when needed. She works well with others as well as working alone. She is able to develop relationships with others and understands the importance of developing sound relationships. She is able to be creative and think outside of the box-especially when dealing with difficult situations. She is even- tempered and very patient.
