About Savannah

I currently finished teaching 5th Grade as a long term sub, making this year my first year of teaching as a lead teacher. This was an unexpected challenge that taught me my place is working with children to help them grow into the good humans you raise they to be. I am a strong candidate because I'm very good at adapting to needs, I am very good at creating a fun and safe environment and I can handle challenges with ease. One thing that makes me stand out is my experience but also my achievements. As a first year, not fully trained, teacher I still achieved over a year of growth with my students based on standardized test scores. It's really a testament to my dedication to children and how important their growth is to me. In my spare time, I like to paint, craft, write, take care of my plants, and cook. One thing you should know about me is that I'm very respectful of your direction as a parent and will follow your expectations when caring for your child.
