I thrive on fostering children's growth and development, which lead to the work in my field as a registered behavioral technician. As an RBT, I hold a specialized set of skills including behavior management, social skill development and emotional regulation that allows me to provide compassionate and supportive child care. I prioritize open communication with parents, always updating them on their child's day and any issues that arise, using their preferred method of contact.
