I really hate to give a negative review. She seemed like a nice person when we spoke on the phone. Based on our conversation, she had great experience, perfect match for the skills needed. The one reference I spoke to raved about her. She was hired to assist my older sister but did not show up on the day she was supposed to start. Additionally, she didn't call or text. I'm not sure what happened. Overall, disappointing.
