About Shanice

Hello my name is Shanice. A little about me I have always had a passion for children, working with families and children from infant to grade school. I started babysitting neighbors children as a teen. Studied child development and mentored at a non profit and then falling in love with Montessori as an infant and toddler teacher. I have stuck with this style of teaching throughout the years . As a Nanny and Educator, I believe in the approach of child led education- highlighting that each child has different strengths, weaknesses and learning styles. I have a passion for music and love to sing to little ones and play jazz and classical music which helps with focus. I also enjoy the outdoors, museums and hiking Stone Mountain. In addition to helping care for your little one with I can help with running errands and carpooling. I am currently looking for either a morning job between 6am- 3 p.m. or nighttime 10pm-6 a.m. References available on request.
