About Shannon

Hello! I would love to share with you my background and experience so you can see if I would be the right fit for your family. I have a Bachelors Degree from BYU where I studied Family Studies. I have always loved children and spend most of my free time reading and listening to child psychology to help me become a better mom. I have a 7-year-old daughter and a 2 1/2-year-old boy. I have over 15 years experience working with children. Almost all of my work experience has involved children because cultivating connection and growth in children is my passion. I have worked as a preschool teacher, a special needs classroom aide, and a nanny to 4 amazing families. Each family I was with for multiple years and created such a loving connection with each of them. I hope to create that same connection with your family too. I love creating fun and engaging activities to do each day. You won't find me distracted on my phone; It's important for me to give children the attention they deserve.
