Shannon would show up 10 minutes before her scheduled time.( which was amazing with a newborn). She took care of my son who was 4 weeks and my daughter who was 3.She made arts and crafts and made fun learning activities that were appropriate for their ages. She also did some house cleaning when the kids were down for a nap. So it was always nice to come home to a clean house and very happy kids. My parter and I looked forward to Shannon every morning and the kids LOVED her!
