Sharon is a solid hand with children and easily moves to their area of interests. She is fully willing to interact and enters play while having natural strong hand. I have no problem recommending Sharon as a guide for children as a nanny or in school settings. I know Sharon from working beside her with very young children In environment where children checked in and out. This was a preschool and after school care where many age groups mixed for several hours each day. Sharon inspires confidence in children she works with offering creative input. It doesn't get much more challenging from my perspective, working with children requires an instinct of when to hold back or offer assist. I found Sharon was very good at discerning the difference. Children will be well served by this competent person.
