About Shaunessy

As a dedicated childcare provider with over 15 years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. I am both dance teacher and nanny, and I strive to be patient, communicative, trustworthy and creative. I believe in fostering a nurturing environment for young people while also understanding the importance of structure and consistency. My approach to playtime is both educational and engaging, with a mix of board games, outdoor play, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I especially enjoy helping children explore creativity through visual art, dance, and drama! I hold a diploma in Irish dance, and a college certificate in creative writing. I am certified in First Aid and CPR, as well as both Principles of Healthy Child Development, and Child Abuse Prevention.
