About Shawn

Hello my name is Shawn and I am a mother of 3 and professional caregiver for people of all ages. I am currently working for a homecare service where I've had Alzheimers and gate belt training. I have worked with extended family members who have had dementia, cancer and strokes helping them with their day to day (ie managing medications, doctors appointments, hygiene, therapy support etc.) and unfortunately end of life comfort. Though my college degree is in Early Childhood and Special Education I pride myself in not only being a caregiver but an advocate for all! Throughout the past 25 years I have worked as a k-3 teacher, caregiver and Home health call service). My hope is that my skills and love for people may bring the same ease and security to the next family that entrusts me with their loved ones. Looking forward to hearing from you!
