Initially Sheila was reliable and for the most part communicated well. She took good care of my grandmother and stayed on top of her medical needs (pills, bathing, doctors appointments). Light house keeping was part of the job description but that seldom occurred. One day she brought her toddler grandchild to work without asking. At one point there were three children (infant, toddler and elementary age) in the house. Bringing her grandchildren to work became a pattern and it created a noisy and unpleasant environment. This went on for months and months and the quality of work and communication started to decline. My grandma always felt safe and I trusted Sheila but the grandkids situation was out of control.
