Spent a considerable amount of time communicating with her over email and she even drove an hour to my house to meet in person and assess the space. We then agreed that she'd start the following Friday or Monday. She texted to say Monday. i said fine. Then, nothing. No show, no explanation, no response to my inquiry. This after she had made it very clear that she was very interested in the job I was offering, above others.
