About Sierra

I'm a warm and enthusiastic childcare provider with over five years of experience in caring for children of all ages. My passion stems from a previous trip I went on to Guatemala to an orphanage for 2 weeks and completely fell in love with the developmental aspect of raising a child. I am very patient, calm, creative, and imaginative, and I strive to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I always want a child to feel safe and secure physically, emotionally and mentally. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and believe that a partnership between parents and caregivers is essential. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am flexible with activities and games, always prioritizing the child's and parents' preferences. I have completed early childhood development coursework and am CPR-trained. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
