About Sonia

I am passionate about providing the best care possible to my clients. I efficiently assist with the activities of daily living. I am an experienced Alzheimer's care provider. I have helped Alzheimer's patients who were no longer able to walk or feed themselves and I also have patients who are very active. I have been a caregiver for over 15 years, I reside in Plano with my husband and 2 dogs. We have been participating members of our church and community for 30 years. I'd describe my personality as energetic, responsible and respectful. I like caring for seniors because it is rewarding and I like learning about their lives and their families. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my grandchildren. I also like to travel. My skills include all daily living tasks and activities including bathing, dressing, meal preparation and transportation.
