About Sophie

Hello! I am a 21-year-old university student looking for a nanny position(s) for the next year before I apply to masters programs for sociology. I would describe my personality as kind, gentle, easygoing, and youthful. I like working with kids because it's fun and they make me happy!! I'm a kid at heart and really enjoy tapping into that part of myself. I love being around children and contributing in any way I can to better their physical health, educational development, and emotional well-being. It's beautiful to watch them learn and grow. I am positive, engaging, compassionate, and patient when working with kids. I'm great at initiating (and participating in) fun, creative and imaginative activities. I have units in counseling and school psychology and experience teaching children ages 4-12 in both dance and educational summer camp settings. There is no other way I'd rather spend my summer than being a positive presence/influence for your kids!!
