About Stella

Over the years I gained lots of experience caring for my elderly grandparents and other family members as they reached the ends of their lives. My mother is an RN so growing up I spent a great deal of time in nursing homes and generally watching her work. This played a great deal in my pursuing of a career in healthcare as I already felt like I had learned and experienced so much by the time I entered high school. Throughout high school I completed a nursing assistant training program and last summer after I graduated highschool I got my CNA certification after completing clinical at a rehabilitation and skilled care facility. I am happy to help with Light Housekeeping and Cooking/Meal Preparation. I cook/bake frequently and it is actually something I love to do. I go to school at the University of Southern Maine and am currently a rising sophomore with a major in psychology. This fall I was hired to be a resident assistant at my university.
