Stephanie worked with our family for almost a year and half. She helped care for my two boys. She did her job very well when she was here but there were major issues with reliability. We had to stop using her services due to our other financial demands. We gave her two weeks notice and asked that she just let us know if she can't make it. She politely agreed but stopped showing up to work. what an unfortunate way to end a longstanding relationship.
