About Stephanie

I have been caring for children since I was a child myself. My mother ran an in-home daycare for kids of all ages. My sister and I were a huge part in helping take care of the children. Once the daycare deceased, I became a camp counselor, which I did for many years. I went to undergraduate school knowing that I wanted to work with children and graduated with a degree in psychology. From there I worked with disadvantaged children and families in Massachusetts. I then went to graduate school and graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling. Since then I have spent a year at Windham School district, working with elementary and middle school aged children with social-emotional skills and goals. I also worked 1:1 with a disabled students (autism and downs syndrome); taking care of him throughout the school day. I spent some time working at residential facility in NH working with at-risk youth ages 4-13, helping them with daily living and counseling.
