About Stephanie

I am a Registered Nurse with 6 years of acute care experience in Washington DC. I have worked in ICU my whole career. I wanted to start doing home care to take time away from the chaos of the bedside and remind myself why I went into nursing: interpersonal relationships and connections. I have vast experience with a wide variety of complex medical problems. My favorite part of my job is when I can take the time to give my ICU patients a spa day to make them feel human again. Home care allows me to do that without the distractions of the hospital. I look forward to meeting you and your loved ones! I like caring for seniors because it is why I went to nursing school! My grandmother raised me and I have always loved to care for the elderly. They had a whole life that they lived before this time of dependence and they deserve to be cared for with respect. In my spare time, I like to cook! I am a very passionate home cook with a vast cookbook collection! I am also a musician!
