About Stephanie

I am a preschool teacher who works at a half day program during the school year. My specialty is 3-4-year-old children, but I'm comfortable with kids of all ages. I'd describe my personality as laid-back, loving, and open minded. I like working with kids because it is a calling that comes natural to me. I get along with adults well, but I prefer kids! I'm looking for a job where I can serve a family. Making life easier by having one less thing to stress over. I started working with kids as a babysitter at 17. I worked at my first Montessori preschool/daycare at 20. I've continued working in preschools and daycares on and off over the past 19 years. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook, and take a holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle. Most of my free time is spent with my kids. One thing you should know is I try my hardest to understand and assess the needs of the people around me. My skills include patience, a strong desire to teach, and flexibility.
