Hi there! I'm Steph, I have 2 Doxies at home & have had my oldest for almost 5 years now. I grew up on a farm with dogs & have cared for them all of my life. I've officially been a dog watcher/walker for around 2 years now. I've met some great pups & wonderful doggos! I have watched & walked multiple breeds, some of which include Blue Heeler, Doxies, Goldens, Chi-weenies, Rotties, & Labs. I do like to meet the dogs BEFORE I am scheduled to watch or walk them with the owners present. Dogs are typically not super comfortable with strangers walking into their comfort zone trying to take them for a walk. If your dog doesn't warm up to me immediately, I like to always attempt another 'meet & greet' with them. I am perfectly fine with bathing dogs, as long as they don't show any signs of aggression when mom or dad does it. (Honesty goes a long way here! If your dog growls or fights you when it comes to baths, please tell me!) If they are pups, I'll even attempt to teach them a trick or two!
