Hello there! My name is Stephany and I'd describe my personality as warm, patient, respectful and reliable! I love working with kids because my greatest dream is to be a mom one day! I started working with kids at church for various volunteer events including vacation Bible school, and summer camp! I had to be specially trained and have a background check for this. After that, I spent years babysitting my 4 nephews as they grew up (the third oldest pictured). I also spent the summer of 2023 teaching kids in grades 1st-5th about the Bible and taking care of them from 9am-4 p.m. I was responsible for assisting them in their needs like a teacher and spending time with them during recess. It was such a beautiful experience and it taught me a lot about the attention that kids need! My child care skills include helping with homework, story book reading and playing games! There was a lot of neglect in regard to my daughter’s hygiene and basic needs. Stephany started out doing very well but her work ethic started to decrease when she could not manage a toddlers big emotions which let me know, perhaps she has no toddler experience. She left my daughter in a spoiled poop diaper and said it was too difficult and messy to change. She let my daughter play with items no 2 yr old should have and more. She never would listen to any instruction. I do not recommend.
