About Stepheanie

Hello! My name is Stepheanie, I have been working in the childcare field for about 4 years now of all ages. I chose to work and gain my experience in this career because as the oldest out of 3, My parents has taught me so much to be responsible in life especially as the oldest out of my siblings. I enjoy caring for kids because not only they are playful but I love how they are so energetic and an interesting little ones to keep company with especially when I am the type who loves to interact with whom I work with or keep company of is my favorite part. I'm also the type that will agree to any hard task, all I just need is guidance or people talking it out with me about how to handle it. Last of all my favorite part about working around kids is coming up with fun activities, I love to know their personality first then from there I'll come up with an activity that'll suit or fit their personality sometimes I just say a random activity to see if they'll be interested.
