About Summer

I have 3 years of experience caring for children in a summer camp environment. Beyond professional experience, I have two younger siblings that I have cared for the entirety of my life. My younger brother is 12 years old and my little sister is 6. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages. My philosophy when it comes to childcare is the parent always knows best, I will cater your experience to your needs. If you prefer a fun experience filled with board games, coloring, playing actively, then I will ensure your children have a great time. If you would like your child's experience to be caterer to more serious topics such as school work, I am willing to help in that environment as well. When caring for children, I also believe in taking my cues largely from the children themselves, striking a balance between going with what the child enjoys, yet also setting boundaries when necessary.
