About Susan

I am a self-employed RN with an MA in Health Administration. I have experience as a supervisor in skilled nursing facilities and most recently (for 12 years) have assisted clients in their homes. I can take clients to appointments, do errands, provide ADL care and make meals. I can explain medications and conditions, and make sure medications are taken as prescribed. Most of all, I will be their companion. When possible, rides, movies, events, restaurants, and other activities can be enjoyed. I can also evaluate the home living situation to ensure it is as safe as possible and the appropriate setting. If the client and family agree that home care is the preferred living arrangement, needed services can be identified. If assisted living becomes necessary, I can help.
