Sue has been our nanny for the last year, and I honestly could not have made it without her. Our daughter, A, is now 10 months old, and Sue has been with us since she was about 3 months old (from November 2020 to now). First of all, Sue is reliable, punctual, and communicative - never missed a day, even when she got her second COVID-19 shot! Secondly, she is a treasure house of knowledge - having worked with kids and adults in various capacities, Sue has great instincts and knowledge about people's well-being: both mental and physical. For example, she can tell if A is hungry, tired, or bothered by her teeth. She is super creative! Sue also "teaches" A, but with no pressure - just naming objects and their qualities (e.g. telling A: "O! here is a green apple!") and making up little stories about them. But I think the best piece of evidence is that A LOVES her... She welcomes her everyday with a huge smile :)
