I have worked in elder care for over 20 years, in home care as case manager, nursing home as director of social services and more recently in home care providing assistance with meal prep, bathing/dressing, transportation to appointments, shopping, light housekeeping, medication management, exercise, and companionship. Keeping family informed of any issues or concerns. I am an extremely patient, caring, compassionate, responsible, and professional individual. Happy to help with coordinating care with PT and additional care needs. I have had a great deal of experience with dementia, and Parkinson's. I am acutely aware of how important it is for patients to remain as physically active and mentally stimulated as possible. Hours / Days are flexible Fully Covid vaccinated and boosted

I can't say enough good things about Susan. She was the primary companion for my mother for 4 years. She is very kind, patient, supportive and caring, plus she is organized, knows what needs to be accomplished, and takes care of everything. She treated my mother as if she were her own. We are very grateful to Susan for her years of service to my mom.
